Consider getting off your chair and getting a real job where you don't have to put forth any capital to some scandalous internet site that'll take it and run for the chance of getting paid $10 for taking some ridiculous survey.
Is there any paid survey sites that pay dollars for their surveys?
Online surveys are not the best way to earn money. I have been spamed before so i would not encourage you because they are so many links to surveys and they take longer than normal to finish. This is my experience with online surveys. The process is very cumbersome and tedius.
