Are there any ligitimate paid survey sites that pay by check and that you don't need a credit card?

I want to find a paid survey site that actually sends checks in the mail so I can stay at home and work and also be with my children.

Are there any ligitimate paid survey sites that pay by check and that you don't need a credit card?

Reply:I've been doing paid surveys as kind of a hobby for years, but there is no way you'll be able to make a living at it. At the most, you'll get $5 for each survey and it may be weeks between surveys. The sites I mainly use are Pinecone, NFO, and American Consumer. Maybe you can sell things on eBay or become a Mystery Shopper.
Reply:Yes i have been using this site for 1 month now.It has paid me a total of $663.43 Best of all all you have to do is LEAVE YOUR COMPUTER ON.You get paid $1.44 per hour just to download a toolbar and leave it on. It send checks whenever you get $20 or more(you can get that in 2 days) so here is the link.ITS VERY GOOD

Reply:Well, you can make money off of surveys, but because there are only so many surveys out there which you will qualify for, it's not enough to quit your job and stay at home. I usually make about $20 a month taking surveys--I could probably make maybe $50 if I had internet explorer (some surveys don't work with my browser--Mozilla). I also make $20-30 referring others to programs which have referral or affiliate programs. That's not bad as a supplement to my husband's income--since its something I can do at home--but it wouldn't support me if that was the only way I was supporting myself.

But if you're interested in it for that (extra money, not an income) I've listed most of the sites I have taken surveys through and actually been paid (or received other rewards like gift cards or CD'S) on the following webpage:

I list how they pay you, what I like and dislike about them, whether they have an affiliate or referral program, etc. (And yes, if I say they have an affiliate program, I'm part of it, and make a commission when someone signs up through that link...I like to be up front about that). None of the sites require a credit card (no legitimate free site should).

But watch out--there are also scams out there. Here are some tips to avoid them:

Don't sign up for any survey site which asks you to pay to access the surveys. Also watch for language like "get paid for taking surveys AND SIGNING UP FOR OFFERS" if you don't want to have to sign up for stuff with other companies to get paid.

Always carefully read their terms of service and privacy policy. If in their privacy policy they say they only use aggregated info, this is GOOD SIGN they are legit. Aggregated info information that is grouped together so it can't be connected with anyones personal identification like name, e-mail, phone or address. That's what survey sites SHOULD collect. Avoid sites that say they give, rent, or sell any personal information (info that is not aggregated) to third parties (unless you really don't mind getting junk mail, telemarketing calls, and spam).

Also, never sign up for a survey through an unsolicited e-mail--since these might not even be from the site they claim to be, but could be a phishing scheme to get your information and mis-use it. And never give your credit card info--there is no good reason a legitimate free site would need it.

Here are two other sites which are very helpful

Reply:SurveySavvy is the BEST free paid survey website. If you get enough referrals, it's really easy to make at least $50 per month. Not bad for no work! Here is the link:

P.S. They are a member of the Better Business Bureau!

There is a paid survey every few days that you have to qualify for. They pay anything from $1 to $15. When you accumulate over $5 they send a check. I have received $23 so far. That is for about 3 months so you won't get rich. There are surveys daily but most just give you entries into a drawing.
